4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across Pakistan.
Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.
Shipping charges are PKR 200 on all orders.
There are no hidden charges beyond what is displayed at checkout.
5. Order Cancellation & Refunds
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours by calling our customer support at +92 342 2470767.
We do not offer monetary refunds, but exchanges are allowed for defective products.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may return it immediately to the delivery representative.
We do not accept returns once the order is received and accepted.
Exchanges are only allowed in case of product defects.
